Building a Future with Zero Environmental Impact
We strive every day for sustainable innovation that benefits people, the economy, and the environment. We’ve been doing this for years through the development, evolution, and diffusion of fiber laser, a green technology par excellence with low energy consumption and efficient performance. But we also do it with new initiatives, such as the construction of a photovoltaic system and the support for tree planting to achieve an entirely zero-impact production.
A Photovoltaic System for Better Energy Efficiency
Cutlite Penta’s production requires about 1,000,000 kWh annually to create cutting-edge technologies. This consumption is equivalent to 565,732.07 kg of CO2 emitted into the air annually. For this reason, we decided to undertake emission reduction strategies as quickly as possible. The first step was to install a photovoltaic system to produce renewable energy and emission reduction.
With a power of 355 kW and an annual energy production of 332,470 kWh, the system allows a reduction of about 176,200 kg of CO2 each year.

- A significant reduction that has paved the way for other decisive initiatives, such as the collaboration with Treedom.
Cutlite Penta is a Partner of Treedom for a Sustainable World
Starting from this year, we are alongside Treedom, financing tree planting and agroforestry projects to reduce the impact on climate and environment and protect biodiversity. Cutlite Penta Forest was born and will already be populated with 1000 trees by 2024. Each tree can absorb an average of 40 kg of CO2 per year, so the emission reduction in 2024 thanks to our forest will be of 40,000 kg of CO2.

Cutlite Penta’s goal is to reach at least 10,000 planted trees as soon as possible to achieve the absorption of 400,000 kg of CO2 and completely eliminate the emissions required by our production. This way, thanks also to Treedom and our customers, we will have a completely zero-impact company.
In addition to emission reduction, supporting Treedom and agroforestry projects allows:
- Improving water and air quality
- Contributing to soil fertility, combating desertification
- Creating greater protection from extreme weather events
- Protecting and enriching the territory's biodiversity
- Promoting the multiplication and diversification of farmers' income
- Contributing to the availability of small quantities of useful timber, thanks to pruning

Cutlite Penta in the Community
Supporting Young People: with I Bambini delle Fate to Promote Inclusion
We firmly believe that social responsibility is a fundamental duty for every company. That’s why we are excited to announce our support for an important social inclusion project in Vico Pisano (PI), carried out in collaboration with I Bambini delle Fate. The project is called “Dopo di Noi” and involves young people with disabilities in a training and work program in the agricultural sector, in collaboration with local agricultural businesses.
Since 2005, the non-profit organization I Bambini delle Fate has been dedicated to providing financial support for social inclusion projects, involving companies, businesses, and private individuals. With this commitment, Cutlite Penta shares their mission to improve the quality of life for families, promoting integration and offering new growth opportunities to the young people involved. Through this project, we aim to contribute to creating a positive impact in our community, fostering inclusion and well-being for everyone.
